There is a one-time non-refundable $500.00 Pet Fee per pet due at signing. Monthly Pet Rent is $50 a month per dog and $25 a month per cat. We are a pet friendly community and allow up to 2 pets with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Restricted breeds include Akitas, American Bulldogs, Chow Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Staffordshire Terriers, and any mixes of these or other breeds known to show aggressive behavior.
